Barb has been active in the insurance industry since 1975. She joined Benefit Solutions, Inc. in October 1990 as Operations Manager. In 2010 Barb was named Executive Vice President of Operations where she is responsible for Human Resources, training, sales, service and the overall operations of the company. Prior to joining BSI, Barb managed group insurance sales support for over 6000 financial planners, and was a Senior Group Insurance Underwriter for a Minnesota-based insurance company. Currently, Barb assists Benefit Solutions, Inc. clients with designing and implementing their benefit plans, and is responsible for publishing client newsletters, customer surveys, legislative materials and managing the BSI MyWave website.
