Kirby joined Benefit Solutions in 2008 and became a principal in December 2010. Since 1995, Kirby has been dedicated to helping employers and their employees with their employee benefit needs.

Kirby designs, implements and manages customized health and welfare plans. Through Kirby’s in-depth proactive process, employers are able to gain greater control over the cost and quality of their benefit plans.

• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), a designation earned through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and The Wharton School of Business
